End-User License Agreement
Production Zone QuickBooks Connector · Effective October 10, 2026
This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Production Zone LLC (“Production Zone,” “we,” “us”) and the person or business that connects a QuickBooks Online company to the Production Zone QuickBooks Connector (“you”). By connecting QuickBooks Online to the Connector, you agree to this Agreement.
1. What the Connector is
The Production Zone QuickBooks Connector (the “Connector”) is a private integration used within the administrative areas of productionzonerentals.com and media2wayradio.com. It lets authorized Production Zone staff create customers and invoices in QuickBooks Online from rental orders, and check whether those invoices have been paid. The Connector is not offered for sale and is not a public application.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Connector solely for managing your own business’s rental orders and invoicing. You may not copy, modify, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer or distribute the Connector, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
3. QuickBooks data the Connector uses
When you connect, you authorize the Connector, through Intuit’s secure OAuth sign-in, to access your QuickBooks Online company with the accounting permission. The Connector only:
- Reads your company name, product/service items, customers and invoices;
- Creates or finds customers using the contact and billing details from a rental order;
- Creates invoices for rental orders; and
- Reads invoice totals and balances to show whether an invoice is paid.
The Connector does not access bank account numbers or card numbers, and it does not move money.
4. How data is stored and protected
Connection tokens and the limited invoice details listed above (invoice number, total and balance) are stored in the secured administrative database of the website where you connected. Only logged-in administrators can use the Connector. All communication with Intuit uses encrypted HTTPS connections. We do not sell, rent or share your QuickBooks data with third parties, except as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for more.
5. Disconnecting
You may disconnect at any time from the QuickBooks settings page in the website dashboard, or from the Apps area of your QuickBooks Online account. When you disconnect, the stored connection tokens are deleted and the Connector can no longer access your QuickBooks company. Invoices already created remain in QuickBooks.
6. Third-party services
QuickBooks Online is provided by Intuit Inc. and is subject to Intuit’s own terms and privacy statement. We are not responsible for the availability or operation of QuickBooks Online.
7. No warranty
The Connector is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You are responsible for reviewing invoices and accounting records created with the Connector.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Production Zone will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue or profits, arising from your use of the Connector. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Connector will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
9. Termination
This license ends automatically if you disconnect the Connector or violate this Agreement. We may suspend or end access to the Connector at any time.
10. Changes
We may update this Agreement from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last updated. Continued use of the Connector after an update means you accept the updated Agreement.
11. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Fort Bend County, Texas.
