Motorhome Rental Order

$1,300/day includes driver for 10 hours, from that day’s call time to drive-away. WiFi, a private changing area with a garment steamer, a makeup station and an office area included. Call times are confirmed in writing the day before each shoot day.

$140/hour, billed in half-hour increments ($70 per half hour), beginning 10 hours after call time. Any part of a half hour is billed as a full half hour.

Billed on actual use at the end of the job: vehicle fuel and drive mileage (round trip from our base) at the current fuel price; generator fuel at 2 gallons per hour from the time the generator is turned on (usually at drive-off — the generator and A/C/heat will be on while we’re on the way, so it’s comfortable upon our arrival) until it is turned off, at the current premium fuel price; propane 1 gallon per hour of use at $5 per gallon. The estimate on this form is for planning only.

Payment (rental total plus additional costs) is due at the end of the job upon receipt of invoice and must be paid and signed the same day. Payment by check (payable to Production Zone) or ACH bank transfer. Credit card via electronic invoice adds a 3.25% fee.

Any damage inside or outside the motorhome resulting from the client’s use is the client’s sole responsibility. No smoking in or near the motorhome. The door must be kept closed due to AC/heater strain.

$750 plus fumigation/cleaning fees for smoking inside the motorhome. $250 cleaning fee if food is left in the refrigerator/freezer or excessive trash is left behind.
